Basel: SF Urban Properties leases restaurant space
SF Urban Properties AG has found a tenant for a space in the property at Binningerstrasse 15 in Basel in the form of the gourmet burger restaurant "La Manufacture".
According to SF Urban Properties, the operators of "La Manufacture" will set up a combination of production facility, classic restaurant business and take-away option in the premises.
The brothers Gael and Lucas Di Giusto and their business colleague Loic Vrignaud have been tenants of SF Urban Properties AG at Hochstrasse 56 in Basel for several years with their burger restaurant. Having greatly expanded their delivery business last year, they are now about to take an expansion step: The young entrepreneurs plan to move into the space on Binningerstrasse on June 1, 2021, and use it primarily as a production facility for their Demeter-quality dishes. In addition, a take-away and a classic catering concept are planned for a small area.
SF Urban Properties calls the lease a great success, "especially in light of the pandemic." The term of the lease is five years with an option to extend for a further five years. (ah)
