Lenzburg: New owner for the Artoz site
A consortium consisting of the Immo Helvetic fund, Gross Generalunternehmung and Wartmann Immobilien has acquired the Artoz Papier AG factory site near the railroad station in Lenzburg (AG).
JLL Switzerland structured and executed the sale on behalf of the private owner. The three-hectare property changed hands by way of a share deal. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The Aargauer newspaper However, insiders report a price of CHF 70 million.
The new owners are planning a residential development on the Artoz site in the medium term, they say. The buildings will continue to be used by Artoz Papier AG until at least the end of 2024. The company plans to relocate to a new site by then. (ah)
