Following "intensive and constructive negotiations", the Wisli Foundation has been secured as a long-term tenant and anchor tenant, according to site developer and total contractor Steiner AG. The foundation is currently represented at nine different locations in the city of Bülach and wants to combine eight of these locations in its own campus in the Glasi district - in the Angelo office and commercial building (House A). The building application for the building has already been submitted, and the building permit process is underway. Construction is expected to start in spring 2022.

The Wisli Foundation supports people with mental, physical or social impairments, focusing on the areas of work, work integration and residential support. In the Glasi area, however, residents and walk-in customers should also benefit from the foundation's services; among other things, the relocation of the Wisli bicycle workshop to the new neighborhood is planned.

The Glasi district in Bülach North will one day comprise 560 apartments, commercial premises, stores and a residential and care center. The first commercial spaces will be ready for occupation in stages from fall 2022. So far, "long-term and renowned" tenants have been found for more than 50% of the total 35,000 sqm of commercial space, including Tertianum and Denner, according to Steiner.
