The prominent property at Stadelhoferstrasse 18-22 is part of an overall development by architects Ernst Gisel and Martin Spühler. The property, in a prime business location between Stadelhofen station and Bellevue, is crossed by the so-called Stadelhoferpassage, "which connects to a main exit of the station, resulting in a steady stream of passers-by," Turidomus writes.

The lower floors are occupied by shops and restaurants, with office and service space above. The property, with around 5,000 sqm of lettable space, has "a broad tenant mix with uses appropriate to the location, such as restaurants, takeaways and personal services", it adds. Around 40% of the income would be generated by retail and restaurant uses. This is the first property that the Turidomus Urban & Mixed-use Investment Foundation has acquired in Zurich's Kreis 1.

The development, which consists of a network of passages, alleys and courtyards, was built in 1983 and renovated in 2004. The seller of the property is Swiss Prime Site. (mr)
