Wilen: Start of construction for major Uptown Wilen project
In Wilen near Wollerau (SZ), construction has begun on the luxury residential complex Uptown Wilen.
The Uptown Wilen development is being built at Wilenstrasse 40-48 in Wollerau. It consists of five apartment buildings with a total of 79 condominiums and rental apartments and around 700 square meters of commercial space, as well as underground garages with more than 200 spaces. The project is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in 2023.
The residential units have 1.5 to 6.5 rooms and are between 38 sqm and 260 sqm in size. They have large balconies and gardens of up to 330 sqm. The apartments will be built according to the motto "Living like in a hotel" in luxury standard and equipped with the latest technology. The buildings will be constructed according to the Minergie standard, and there will be permanently installed charging stations for e-cars in the underground car park.
