Wittenbach: Oedenhof development completed

The new Oedenhof building has been constructed in the village center of Wittenbach between Romanshornerstrasse and Bahnhofstrasse. Migros has built a new building with 1,500 sqm sales area after 40 years of operation, which is 500 sqm more than before. In addition to the supermarket, the shopping center houses the Oedenhof drugstore and a k kiosk, as well as a new Denner store and Café Time. Delicias Espana, an online retailer for Spanish delicacies, has taken a lease for an initial three months as a pop-up store.

The upper floors contain a total of 59 2.5- and 3.5-room apartments, all of which have already been rented out, according to Migros. The apartments are equipped with so-called smart-home KNX technology, which enables an individually programmable and energy-saving interaction of heating, ventilation, shading, lighting and media, Migros said.
