Mobimo sells Cosmos project in Dübendorf
Mobimo AG is selling the Cosmos project in Dübendorf in the Zurich agglomeration, for which building permission has been granted, to a Credit Suisse real estate fund.

With the Cosmos project on Zürichstrasse in Dübendorf, Mobimo AG is planning an ensemble of four buildings with around 170 apartments for single and multi-person households as well as office, commercial and retail space. Construction is scheduled to start this month, with completion planned for late summer 2023. The site near Stettbach station has been owned by Mobimo since 2000. It is currently still home to a commercial building dating from the 1960s.
The newly planned buildings will feature, among other things, a photovoltaic system and a geothermal probe in accordance with the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS Gold) and the Greenproperty seal of approval, writes the project developer on the occasion of the forward deal with the real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management. The planned commercial space in buildings A and B (together around 1,370 sqm) and the office space (a total of 5,430 sqm in building B) will be marketed by the Zurich-based company Axentica. (mr)
