RESwiss and Eiffage to build residential complex in Riggisberg

According to Eiffage Suisse, six high-quality residential buildings with a total of 60 rental apartments and a shared underground parking garage are being built. The individual houses consist of two full storeys (ground floor, first floor) and an attic storey. The basement contains cellar, building services and bicycle rooms as well as shelter facilities for a total of 102 people. The parking garage can be reached directly from the apartments; visitor parking spaces are provided outside. A children's playground is planned in the centre of the residential development. The first apartments should be ready for occupation from June 2023.

According to Eiffage Suisse, in recent years mainly owner-occupied apartments and single-family homes have been built in Riggisberg, and demand for rental apartments is correspondingly high. Commuters and young families in particular have been looking for a rental apartment for a long time. This need is to be met with the new residential development. (ah)
