Apleona takes over facility management of Europaallee

From 1 July 2021 and with a term of five years, Apleona HSG Facility Management Switzerland will provide all technical and integrated facility management services for eleven buildings, including the maintenance and servicing of technical facilities, maintenance cleaning and building security. The company says it will also operate a service point for concierge services, such as table reservations and taxi and rental car organisation.

In technical FM, Apleona says it wants to provide an in-house service volume of 70% to 80% and in integrated FM of 90% to 95%. Implementation has been underway since 1 February 2021.

The portfolio in Europaallee, which Apleona will manage in the future, comprises a site of 78,000 sqm and usable space of over 240,000 sqm, including restaurants, shops, educational and leisure facilities in addition to 400 condominiums and rental apartments and 100,000 sqm of office space. SBB developed the quarter near Zurich's main railway station between 2009 and 2020. (ah)
