Berne: Axa invests in Frutiger AG project
Frutiger AG is building a residential and commercial property in Bern Brünnen. The project developer has won Axa Investment Foundation as investor.
At Tinguelyweg 1 in Bern Brünnen, in the immediate vicinity of the Westside shopping center, Frutiger AG is developing and constructing a residential building with 54 rental apartments and around 450 square meters of service space to Minergie standard. A design by LVPH Architectes from Fribourg, which won an open project competition according to SIA 142 with 36 submissions, will be implemented.
Frutiger AG Gesamtlösungen is the project developer and general contractor for the project, while Axa Anlagestiftung is on board as an institutional investor.
Construction started in March 2021, with initial occupancy planned from summer 2022. Completion and handover of the entire project is scheduled for September 2023. (ah)
