According to the fund management company, the capital increase for the HSO Fund was significantly oversubscribed and the investor base was expanded. A total of 250,000 new units were issued at a net price of CHF 110.74 per unit; after the capital increase, there are now 1 million fund units in circulation.

With the issue proceeds of CHF 27.7 million, five properties "in a prime location" in Pratteln (BL) were acquired in an off-market deal, Helvetica says. The purchase has already been completed. At the same time, the new funds would also enable further investments in the fund's portfolio. According to Helvetica, the properties in Pratteln have a remaining lease term (WAULT) of 7.4 years.
