According to the planning application, which is currently open to the public, Dunkin' Donuts will set up shop in a shop at Hertensteinstrasse 41. The premises have been vacant since the beginning of the year, according to local media reports. Previously, the confectionery shop Lollipop was located here, but it filed for bankruptcy. Dunkin' Donuts now wants to convert the store with 95 sqm of floor space for CHF 80,000.

The US company has been in Switzerland since 2016 and, according to its own information, operates 15 branches, four of which are in Zurich alone. Dunkin' Donuts is not yet represented in the Lucerne region. (ah)
