Brienz: Tracht development completed
The first tenants move into the Tracht development in the centre of Brienz (BE). Two new buildings with apartments and commercial space have been created.
The Tracht development was built in two years on a 1,200 sqm site in Brienz owned by Bank Brienz Oberhasli (BBO). Eleven rental apartments (2.5 and 3.5 rooms) as well as space for service businesses are distributed between the two buildings. A total of almost 3,700 sqm of gross floor area has been created.
Companies from the health sector in particular are settling in the development: Praxis Gruppe Brienz, a physiotherapy practice, a practice for craniosacral therapy and Spitex Oberhasli have taken up tenancies. In addition, the Axa insurance company is opening a business in the Tracht complex. (ah)
