Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds: Acquisition in Zizers
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund is investing in a retirement and care centre project in Zizers (GR). Tertianum AG has been selected as the operator.
The purchase agreement for the acquisition of the care centre and senior apartments at Pfarrer-Künzleweg 11 in Zizers was already signed in April this year, according to the fund management company Verit Investment Management. Ownership is to take effect after completion, which is scheduled for spring 2023. Construction started in October 2020 and the investment volume is stated at over CHF 30 million.
As part of the new construction and conversion project, a care centre, senior apartments and a building for dementia patients are being built with a total of 60 care rooms, 15 senior apartments, 14 garage spaces, common rooms, a restaurant and service areas. The property with a large park and garden is located on the northern edge of the village of Zizers, in a sunny location with an unobstructed view of the mountains. A bus stop can be reached in five minutes on foot and the centres of Zizers and Igis are approx. 15 minutes away on foot.
Tertianum AG operates the existing residential and care centre on the site and has signed a long-term lease for the new building project, according to Verit. The property will be built in accordance with Tertianum's operational requirements. (ah)
