Bern: Start of construction for Bleikenmatt draws nearer
In the Bernese suburb of Kehrsatz, construction of the Bleikenmatt superstructure is to begin this year.
Now that the building permit has been issued, the Bleikenmatt residential project in Kehrsatz is entering the realization phase. Construction is scheduled to start before the end of 2021.
The project comprises six apartment buildings with a total of 80 apartments. There will be 45 rental apartments (2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 rooms) and 35 high-quality condominiums (2.5 and 4.5 rooms). In addition, there will be parking garages; the development itself is traffic-free. The buildings will be staggered on the site on a slope so that they blend in well with the terrain and allow views across the Gürbetal valley to the Emmental.
The investor of the construction project is Hess Real Estates AG, thomasgraf ag markets the condominiums. (ah)
