Swiss Central City: Acquisition in Winterthur
Nova Property Fund Management has purchased a mixed-use property in the old town of Winterthur for the Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund.

According to the fund company Nova Property Fund Management AG, the property is centrally located in the main shopping street of Winterthur and is fully let. It contains three apartments with around 350 sqm of rental space as well as 1,600 sqm of retail, office and storage space. The total investment cost for the as-new building is reportedly "just over CHF 20 million".
With the acquisition, the real estate portfolio of the Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund has reached a value of over 425 million, and the annual target rental income has risen to a good 15 million. (ah)
