Bursin: Château Le Rosey is auctioned online
Château Le Rosey with its wine estate is to be sold by online auction in October. For this purpose, Naef Prestige Knight Frank is cooperating with the Concierge Auctions online auction house.
Château Le Rosey is located above the village of Bursin (VD) and was built in the early 13th century. The total estate of seven hectares includes a fully restored medieval castle, a vineyard of four and a half hectares, as well as a vegetable garden and an orchard. The main building has ten bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three kitchens, two of which are professional kitchens. There are also several outbuildings, including a large farmhouse, numerous garages and a wellness area with swimming pool and hammam.
Between October 7 and 12, Château Le Rosey is to be auctioned online. There is no minimum price; the highest bidder will win. The luxury real estate agent Naef Prestige Knight Frank, together with Concierge Auctions, already sold the Promenthoux château in an online auction in 2017. (ah)
