Swiss Life AM: Residential transaction in Frankfurt
Swiss Life Asset Managers has sold two buildings in the new Kleyers development project in Frankfurt's Gallusviertel district in a forward deal.
According to Colliers, Swiss Life Asset Managers has sold buildings 7 and 8 of the new Kleyers development in a structured bidding process. Swiss Life AM was advised by Colliers. The purchaser of the 78 residential units with a rentable area of 4,265 sqm at Kleyerstraße 82 is a German family office.
The Kleyers neighbourhood development in the Gallusviertel comprises a total of eleven buildings with around 400 residential units, a daycare centre and smaller office and retail spaces, and is being realised by Swiss Life Asset Managers. (ah)
