The total contractor HRS Real Estate AG reports that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cour de Gare project in Sion took place on 6 October. Six buildings with 302 apartments, office space, shops, a hotel and a conference and concert hall for the city are being built near the railway station. A multi-storey car park with 625 spaces is also planned.
The new quarter is intended to form an extension of the centre and old town of Sion, according to HRS. The owner is Credit Suisse Fondation de Placement, and the developer is Cour de Gare - Sion SA. The first residents are expected in autumn 2024. (a.o.)
