Romanshorn: Laying of the foundation stone for new residential development

Methabau Real Estate AG is building 44 condominiums and 57 rental apartments (2.5 to 5.5 rooms each) on the former Fatzer site at Salmsacherstrasse 15 in Romanshorn. The residential units should be ready for occupancy from summer 2023.

The development is located in the center of Romanshorn, schools and shopping facilities, the train station and Lake Constance are only a few minutes' walk away. According to Methabau, the new building will be constructed according to the certified Minergie standard with heat pump heating and heat recovery by means of geothermal probes, and will have controlled living space ventilation with heat recovery.

Methabau Real Estate is part of the newly formed Methabau AG, which in turn is a Manser Group AG company. (ah)
