IGG Glattpark: Fiona Scherkamp is the new president
The members of IGG Glattpark have elected Fiona Scherkamp, portfolio manager at Pensimo Management AG, as the association's new president.
Fiona Scherkamp succeeds Tino Margadant, partner and real estate developer at Mettler2Invest AG, as president of IGG Glattpark. IGG is an association of the property owners of Glattpark in Opfikon, where 6,500 people now live and 4,000 employees work.
The change of presidency reflects the development of Glattpark: "The fact that an experienced portfolio manager has now become president shows that Glattpark has reached a new stage of development," explains Beny Ruhstaller, who has been managing director of the property owners' association since it was founded in 2002. "The Glattpark is practically built out, and the priorities are completely different than they were just a few years ago. The focus is now on consolidation: the IGG Glattpark has to feel the pulse of the new district and respond to it," says Ruhstaller. With Fiona Scherkamp as the new president, the organization is ideally equipped for these tasks. (a.o.)
