Affoltern am Albis: Quantus buys specialist retail centre

The specialist store in Affoltern am Albis was recently completed and comprises around 30,000 sqm of sales and ancillary space. Migros Zurich opened an Obi DIY store with garden centre on just under half of the space at the end of October. On the other half, the XXXLutz Group will open a Möbel-Pfister store in mid-November. The furniture store will include one of the largest kitchen studios in Switzerland and its own catering concept. Both operators have long-term leases, Quantus Real Estate informs.

The project was realized by the Migros Zurich cooperative and the construction and real estate service provider Leuthard. According to Quantus Real Estate, the project was acquired for a private investment fund. (ah)
