Wallisellen: Allreal extends lease with major tenant

Allreal realised the quarter on the Richti site between Wallisellen railway station and the Glatt shopping centre between 2010 and 2014. Since the beginning, the office building "Turm" and "Flachbau", designed by Wiel Arets Architekten, has been occupied by a major tenant.

According to Allreal, the leases would have expired in the first half of 2023, but have now been extended ahead of schedule until 31 December 2033. The leases cover around 39,100 sqm of office space, 5,700 sqm of warehouse space and 306 parking spaces. The company is one of Allreal's five largest tenants. According to the 2021 semi-annual report, the company represents 7% of the real estate company's total rental income from commercial properties. (ah)
