Zurich: Investment property in Wipkingen changes hands
A private owner has sold a residential and commercial building in Zurich's Wipkingen district for CHF 12 million. Engel & Völkers Commercial Zurich brokered the purchase contract.
According to Engel & Völkers, the property is a prestigious residential and commercial building at Rotbuchstrasse 66 in Wipkingen. The total usable space is approx. 900 sqm, divided into eight apartments (approx. 650 sqm) and three commercial units (approx. 250 sqm).
The annual net rent is currently CHF 252,000, the purchase price is estimated at CHF 12 million and the gross yield at 2.1 %. The purchaser is a "renowned real estate fund", Engel & Völkers Commercial Zurich informs. (ah)
