Zurich: Fintech rents in "Kleiner Pelikan
Swiss Life has leased the "Kleiner Pelikan" office building in Zurich to a fintech company. SPGI Zurich brokered the lease.
The listed building "Kleiner Pelikan" dates back to the 1940s and is located at Pelikanstrasse 37, in the middle of Zurich's Central Business District, not far from Paradeplatz. The owner Swiss Life has commissioned SPGI Zurich to let the property with around 2,300 sqm of office space.
According to the brokerage house, a fintech company has been found as the new tenant, which has moved into the entire office space as of December 1, 2021. (ah)
