Terra Helvetica invests in Lichtensteig

Azemos Property AG from Frauenfeld is building the Steigrüti development on the outskirts of Lichtensteig in Toggenburg. Currently, the second stage is under construction, with which two apartment buildings with a total of 23 rental apartments and up to ten commercial boxes for the local business community as well as an underground parking garage are being built. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 19, 2021, and the buildings are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in November 2022.

The Terra Helvetica Investment Foundation is now the final investor for the second stage. The land registry certification took place shortly before the turn of the year 2021/22, Azemos reports.

From the Steigrüti development, the new expressway between Wil and Wattwil can be reached in a very short time, and the Wil highway junction to Zurich and St. Gallen is about ten minutes away. The new quarter will be connected to public transport via its own bus stop. (ah)
