Steiner sells new construction project in Suhr
The new owner of the Neumattweg Ost residential project in Suhr is Corpora Immobilien from Aarau. The developer Steiner sold the project before the execution phase.
With the Neumattweg Ost residential project in Suhr (AG), 13 apartment buildings with a total of 146 rental and owner-occupied apartments are being built on an approximately 1.6-hectare site. The development will also include a community center that residents can use for activities and parties. Sharing services for (electric) vehicles and an infrastructure for bicycle traffic are also planned. According to Steiner AG, the development is intended to appeal to people of different age groups and offer suitable living space for families, singles, couples and senior citizens.
Due to a portfolio adjustment, it was decided to sell the superstructure already before the execution phase of the preliminary project, Steiner further informs. The transaction was completed at the end of December 2021. The new owner, Corpora Immobilien, is a "development-competent investor with local roots.
The residential development is located southwest of the village center in a prime residential location. The train station, kindergarten and school are within walking distance. The city center of Aarau is just a few minutes away by S-Bahn or car, and the Aarau West freeway junction is around five minutes' drive away. (ah)
