UBS Anfos makes another purchase in Münsingen

UBS Anfos has added the property at Löwenmattweg 31 in Münsingen (BE) to its portfolio, a small residential property with four indoor and nine outdoor parking spaces. In the immediate neighborhood, the fund already owns the properties Löwenmattweg 33, 35, 37 as well as a parking garage with third parties in co-ownership. On the opposite side of the street, UBS Anfos holds the houses numbered 45 and 47, and on the western side of the newly acquired property is the property Löwenmattweg 39, 41, which is also owned by the fund.

As a result, UBS Anfos now holds a property area of around 7,800 sqm with 68 apartments spread across eight properties. This could "bring interesting development opportunities in the medium term," according to the fund management. (ah)
