Avadis AST buys building land in Wettingen
The Avadis Investment Foundation has acquired a 10,000 sqm plot of land in Wettingen. A residential and commercial development is to be built there.
The seller of the building land parcel directly next to the train station in Wettingen (AG) is the company Debrunner Acifer. According to the Avadis Investment Foundation, the site, which was previously used for industrial purposes, is to be developed into a new urban district over the next five years. A good 130 apartments and 1,000 square meters of commercial space are planned.
The design plan for the entire neighborhood development came into force in summer 2021; in addition to Debrunner Acifer, there are other landowners who contribute to the neighborhood development at Wettingen train station. The Avadis Investment Foundation shares the philosophy of a sustainable use of the area and will realize a user-oriented neighborhood planning in the medium term, according to the investment foundation.
