Farmy moves to Ecopark Tivoli in Spreitenbach

Farmy AG is a company that brings authentic and responsibly produced foodstuffs from production directly to consumers; its range includes products from more than 1,200 manufacturers. Due to strong growth, Farmy was looking for a new location and engaged Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive advisor. The mandate was successfully completed within five months, JLL reports.

Farmy will relocate its headquarters from Zurich Altstetten to Spreitenbach in the "Ecopark Tivoli", where it will rent around 7,000 sqm of commercial and storage space on the ground floor and basement. According to JLL, the property at Pfadackerstrasse 10 will undergo an ecological refurbishment to meet high ESG and sustainability requirements in the future. Farmy's move to the new location is planned for the end of 2022. (bw)
