First stage of the Bruggenwies development in St. Gallen is completed
In the St. Gallen quarter of Bruggen, the first stage of the Bruggenwies development has been completed. Azemos Property is realizing the project.
Azemos Property AG from Frauenfeld has completed the first phase of the Bruggenwies development with 24 rental apartments (1.5 to 3.5 rooms) at Zürcherstrasse 242B in St. Gallen. All apartments are now rented out, the real estate company says.
The end investor is Sustainable Real Estate Investments SICAV; Edmond de Rotschild REIM acted as transaction manager for the SICAV. Kuoni Mueller und Partner acted as developer's trustee and as initial leasing agent.
According to Azemos Property, stages 2 and 3 of the development are currently in the approval phase. (ah)
