Start of construction for Hiag project Chama imminent
Construction work will soon start on the small Chama district in Cham, a project of Hiag Immobilien Holding.
Between the Lorze and the existing properties Lorzenpark and OYM, Hiag Immobilien Holding is building around 140 apartments and 3,000 sqm of service and commercial space by 2024. Halter AG is responsible for the construction of this first stage as total contractor.
The 52 condominiums being built in the Columbus building are to be marketed from April 2022. Intercity Vermarktung AG is responsible for this. Marketing for the rental apartments is scheduled to start in winter 2022/23, and Hiag plans to publish the offer for the service and commercial space in 2023. The first stage is scheduled for completion in 2024. (ah)
