Flawa site in Flawil to be developed

Flawa AG, as the owner of the land, together with HRS Real Estate AG wants to realize a superstructure on the 7,000 sqm Flawa East site. A partial zoning change for the site was already approved in November, and now a study commission with five architectural firms from eastern Switzerland is to show what kind of superstructure is to be built on site.

According to Flawa and HRS, the offices are to prepare designs for a development with rental and owner-occupied apartments as well as commercial space. The indicative project resulting from the study commission will then form the basis for a site-specific special use plan. The results should be available in the summer. (ah)
