Wincasa takes over management of A-One in Rolle
The Swisscanto Investment Foundation has entrusted Wincasa with the site management for the Business Park A-One in Rolle (VD).
The real estate service provider Wincasa continues to expand with its Mixed-Use Site Management (MUSM) in French-speaking Switzerland. The company has been awarded the mandate to manage and further develop the 40,000 sqm A-One Business Center in Rolle (VD). The business park is located halfway between Geneva and Lausanne and belongs to the Swisscanto Investment Foundation. This is already the second MUSM mandate for Swisscanto Invest, Wincasa informs.
Tenants of A-One include Swiss-based companies such as Eldora and Shematec, as well as global companies such as Honeywell, ADM and SC Johnson. In addition to classic office space, laboratory and research areas are now also available.
The A-One mandate covers site management, including technical and commercial management, as well as marketing activities, branding and the visual appearance of the site, Wincasa adds. The aim is to explore optimal usage options, evaluate possible structural changes and implement site management in such a way as to ultimately improve the quality of life on the site. (ah)
