Steiner sells house A in the Glasi district of Bülach
Steiner AG has sold House A, which is currently under construction in the Glasi district of Bülach, to the real estate fund Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV from Geneva.

With House A (Angelo), an office and commercial building with a total of 6,576 sqm of commercial space is being built at the northwestern end of the Glasi Quarter. Initial construction work began last November, and the property is scheduled for completion in two years. According to Steiner, the property is characterized by an open, modular building structure, good public transport connections and excellent freight transport links.
The first anchor tenant has been the non-profit social institution Stiftung Wisli since last year. The Digital Health Center (dhc), a center for digital innovation in healthcare, will also move into Haus Angelo. Currently, the building's occupancy rate is over 80%, according to Steiner AG. The Wisli Foundation plans to operate a cafeteria and bakery on the first floor of the building.
At the end of March, Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV bought the new building, Steiner says. The real estate company did not disclose the purchase price.
The Glasi-Quartier in Bülach is a new urban district that will offer 560 apartments and over 20,000 square meters of commercial space. At present, a small amount of office and commercial space is still available in Haus Angelo and Haus R, as well as in Gebäude T, which is being realized as a medical center, Steiner says. Store, commercial and office space is also available for rent in other buildings in the quarter. (ah)
