SF Urban Properties finds new tenant for Basel property
The dental company Best Smile leases a retail space in Basel's Old Town. SPGI Zurich brokered the lease.
SF Urban Properties, as the owner of the property at Gerbergasse 48, had commissioned SPGI Zurich to find a new tenant. The space is 215 sqm in total and is in a prime location: in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Basel's old town.
With Best Smile, the brokerage house was able to find a user for the retail space. The company has been on the market for three years and is regarded as the Swiss market leader for tooth correction and dental esthetic treatments with aligners and veneers. It operates 36 retail locations. SPGI Zurich has already brokered locations to Best Smile in Zurich and Winterthur. (ah)
