Arxada leases over 1,000 square meters in Basel

Arxada AG will locate its new global headquarters at the Peter Merian House West site. The company will move into the space in the fall, SPGI Zurich reports. The real estate services provider advised Arcada on the lease.

The new premises were handed over to Arxada in April 2022 and are currently being expanded. As Natalia Ignatova, Head Tenant Representation SPGI Zurich, says, they were able to negotiate a long-term lease with good conditions for the new customer.

The Peter-Merian-Haus West is located directly at the Basel SBB train station and comprises a total of 7,600 sqm of office space on six floors. It is a project by Swiss Prime Site Immobilien; CBRE Switzerland is responsible for leasing. (ah)
