Laying of the foundation stone for the Flugbrunnen site in Bolligen
On the Flugbrunnen site in the center of Bolligen, Frutiger is building a development with rental apartments and condominiums. The foundation stone has now been laid.
The Frutiger Group has received the Flugbrunnen site from the municipality of Bolligen in building rights. A total of 75 condominiums and rental apartments are to be built there over the next few years. The sale and realization will take place in stages, and according to Frutiger, the sale of the first stage with 28 condominiums (occupation in fall 2023) is "as good as completed." Currently, the 14 condominiums of the second stage are being marketed. These apartments should be ready for occupancy in spring 2024.
The decision to invest in Bolligen was made because of the central location of the site, its optimal sunlight and the architecture, said Evelin Tamborini, Head of Total Solutions Real Estate at Frutiger, at the laying of the foundation stone. Brügger Architekten AG won the project competition with its "Solis" project. It envisages three structures arranged in a staggered manner on the site, so that most balconies offer views of the Bernese Pre-Alps and towards Bern, and the interior and exterior spaces are sunlit until the evening hours.
