The four-star Hotel Conti on Hammerstrasse in Dietikon was forced to close in the wake of the corona pandemic, and now the building and real estate group DHG Holding is its new owner.

DHG Holding plans to convert the hotel rooms into 90 studios. As company owner Blagoje Antic says, the aim is to meet "the unbroken demand for single rental apartments in an urban environment." The studios are to be rented out at a flat monthly rate that starts at CHF 1,200 net, according to DHG.

The Hotel Conti has a net floor area of around 2,500 sqm, with an additional 515 sqm below ground. In addition, the property has 60 parking spaces. (ah)
