Helvetia Investment Foundation buys in the canton of Geneva
Helvetia Investment Foundation acquires a portfolio of seven residential properties in the canton of Geneva for the French-speaking Switzerland real estate investment group.

Helvetia Investment Foundation is expanding the portfolio of the Real Estate Investment Group Romandie by acquiring a portfolio consisting of seven residential properties in good locations in the canton of Geneva. According to the investment foundation, the properties are worth CHF 249 million and the annual co-income amounts to CHF 6.7 million.
A first tranche of four properties worth CHF 145 million has been integrated into the Real Estate French-speaking Switzerland investment group as of May 16, 2022; the remaining three properties will be transferred in August.
The new acquisition brings the total assets of the investment group to over CHF 780 million, and the investment foundation now manages total assets of CHF 2.3 billion, of which CHF 1.8 billion is real estate. (ah)
