Start of construction for AuPark in Wädenswil draws closer
Intershop plans to start realizing the first stage of the AuPark development in Wädenswil in the second half of 2022.
After no appeal was lodged against the building permit, the decision under building law for the "AuPark" development site becomes legally binding, Intershop announced.
The real estate company is planning around 230 new apartments on the site on Lake Zurich with a complementary neighborhood service, and the Canton of Zurich will also build a cantonal school.
It is expected that the realization of the first stage can begin in the second half of 2022, after completion of the current deconstruction work, Intershop said. (ah)
