Property One with new location in Basel
The real estate service provider Property One is opening its fourth office in Basel. The head of the office will be David Wirz.
In addition to Zurich, Zug and Ascona, Property One is now also launching in Basel. The company says that this is intended to open up an important economic area in Switzerland and to offer services locally and closer to the customer. According to Property One, the regional focus is on sourcing investment opportunities in new and existing properties, marketing and offering financing solutions. However, other services such as development and execution as well as real estate family office are also available to the clientele.
The head of the Basel office will be David Wirz, who also has a stake in Property One Basel AG. Wirz has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years as an independent entrepreneur. According to Property One, they are currently looking for suitable premises for the location in the city of Basel. The company is also looking for additional employees. (ah)
