A high-quality development is to be built in the center of Niederhasli (ZH), for which the building permit has now been issued. According to UBS, four new buildings are planned, three of them residential buildings with wooden facades that open up different, courtyard-like spaces. Adjacent to the village square, a residential and commercial building will be constructed that opens onto the square. Commercial space is planned for the first floor, while the upper floors will be primarily residential. The overall project also includes the redesign of the village square; here, above all, the quality of stay is to be increased. A total of 65 apartments and 67 parking spaces will be created in a parking garage.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2022, with completion of the project expected in 2024. According to UBS, the investment volume for the entire project amounts to around CHF 40 million. (ah)
