Konnex Baden continues to fill
SPGI Zurich has found further tenants for the Konnex building complex in Baden: Casino Davos AG and Skysale Switzerland rent a total of about 1,300 sqm.
The Konnex building complex at Brown Boveri Strasse 7 in the center of Baden will be completely renovated by mid-2023. A total of around 35,000 sqm of space will be leased for this purpose, announces SPGI Zurich, which has now secured two new tenants on behalf of the co-ownership.
Casino Davos AG will move into 495 sqm of space after completion of the refurbishment; the company has already moved in as an interim tenant.
Skysale Switzerland, known under its Apfelkiste brand, will occupy approximately 814 sqm of space from early summer 2023. According to SPGI Zurich, interest in the Konnex's multitenant concept is high. Negotiations are currently taking place for many other spaces, the brokerage said. (ah)
