Fashion house PKZ rents in St. Gallen
The fashion house PKZ leases a 930 sqm retail space in the old town of St. Gallen. SPGI Zurich brokered the lease.
The traditional fashion company PKZ will open a PKZ Men at Multergasse 11 in the second quarter of 2023. The oldest Swiss fashion house has leased a 930 sqm retail space in the property, spread over two floors.
The property is located in the middle of St. Gallen's old town, and there is already a PKZ Women in the immediate vicinity. SPGI Zurich has leased the space; the owner of the property is the Swiss Life investment foundation. PKZ operates 40 stores throughout Switzerland. (ah)
