Topping-out ceremony for Swisscanto project in Zurich-Witikon
In Zurich-Witikon, Halter is building the Verdiana residential complex for the Swisscanto Investment Foundation as a total contractor.
With the Verdiana residential development, a total of 123 high-quality rental apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) are being built, spread over five buildings. The topping-out ceremony for the construction project took place in May, and the residential units are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in stages over the course of next year.
According to Zürcher Kantonalbank, the marketing of the residential units has "got off to a successful start". (ah)
