The Tivoli Garten development, with almost 450 apartments as well as commercial and restaurant space, is growing in height. The project in Spreitenbach is scheduled for completion in two years.

Tivoli Garten is being built directly next to the Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach, one of the largest shopping centers in the country. The development along the Landstrasse and between the old village center and the recreational areas on the Limmat consists of a base building from which several high-rise buildings are being developed: two high-rise buildings and three- to seven-story long buildings. The base contains a stop for the Limmattalbahn tramway, which is due to start operating in December, and an Obi DIY store. The high-rise buildings will be residential; a total of 445 rental apartments with sizes ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms will be built.

The "Minergie" energy label and the "Greenproperty Gold" seal of approval, a sustainability label of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) AG, are being sought for Tivoli Garten. The project is owned by two of the company's real estate funds. CSAM is involved in other properties in Spreitenbach, including the Shoppi Tivoli. The project was designed by Dachtler Partner, and the total contractor is Eiffage Suisse.

The Obi DIY store is scheduled to open in the first half of 2024, and the apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy between summer and fall 2024. (ah)
