The 4Quarter ensemble consists of four buildings, designed by Lucerne-based architects Lussi + Partner together with project developer Alfred Müller from Baar. The owner is a real estate fund of Credit Suisse Asset Management, which is investing around CHF 150 million in the project.

Overall, a mix of uses is being created comprising offices, apartments, retail as well as gastronomy and leisure areas with a net floor area of around 38,000 sqm. The 192 high-quality rental apartments (1.5 to 5.5 rooms) include studios, lofts and traditional floor plans and are located in the high-rise building at Seetalplatz, along the Kleine Emme and next to Viscosistadt.

The new buildings are to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2023. According to the initiators, they will be equipped with a PV system and smart home technology. They will meet the Minergie and Greenproperty sustainability standards, a sustainability label from Credit Suisse Asset Management. (ah)
