The Seedamm-Center commercial building in Pfäffikon has found an anchor tenant. A chemical company rents 1,400 sqm of office space.
According to SPGI Zurich, the brokerage house has been commissioned by a chemical company to look for a replacement for the previous location. This has now been found in the Seedamm-Center commercial building in Pfäffikon (SZ). The company rents space amounting to 1,400 sqm, which extends over three floors.
Tenant improvements are currently underway, and the new offices are scheduled for occupancy in late summer of this year. (ah)
