Allreal plans residential development in Sünikon
Allreal plans to build a residential property development in Sünikon in the Zurich Unterland region. To this end, the real estate company has purchased a plot of land measuring just under 5,000 square meters.
Allreal has signed purchase agreements with a private seller for a total of three plots of land with an area of 4,916 sqm. The building plot is located on Hohlgasse/Regensbergerstrasse and Neubrunnenstrasse in the center of Sünikon. It is characterized by an elevated and sunny location with distant views, Allreal writes in a statement.
Ownership of the land is to be transferred this fall. There are currently still three properties on the site, one of which is occupied until the end of 2023. Allreal intends to realize residential property on the site from 2024 at the earliest. According to the real estate company, it is currently still open whether apartment buildings with condominiums or single-family homes will be built. A feasibility study is being prepared, which will form the basis for concrete planning. Allreal estimates the investment volume at around CHF 35 million. (ah)
